It is committed to providing global consumers with an integrated shopping experience of "high-quality apparel + convenient delivery". To help users from different countries and regions clearly understand package shipping rules, we have formulated a standardized and transparent global shipping policy based on the brand's service positioning and global logistics characteristics. The policy clearly covers two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Free Shipping. All shipping cost calculations and free shipping rules are based on US Dollars ($), with no hidden logistics fees. This ensures that when you purchase Mudancasp products, you can know the shipping costs and delivery time in advance and wait for your favorite apparel to arrive with peace of mind.
I. Global Shipping Scope and Core Shipping Methods
Mudancasp's shipping services cover most countries and regions around the world (the specific deliverable scope can be checked by filling in the delivery address when placing an order; some remote islands, war-torn regions, or areas restricted by logistics policies do not support delivery temporarily). We only provide standardized shipping methods, focusing on "stable delivery time + safety guarantee" to meet the needs of users with different order amounts. The specific rules are as follows:
(1) Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is a basic shipping option provided by Mudancasp for global users. Relying on long-term cooperation with high-quality international and regional logistics service providers such as DHL, FedEx, and ZTO International, it provides cost-effective shipping services while ensuring package safety. It is particularly suitable for users purchasing a single piece or a small quantity of apparel (such as a cotton tank top or a casual jacket).

Shipping Cost Calculation Rules: Based on the total value of products in the order (calculated in $, excluding additional fees such as destination customs duties and customs clearance fees), Standard Shipping adopts a fixed shipping cost model: when the total value of products in the order is in the range of 0-89 $ , a fixed shipping fee of 7 $ is required. This shipping fee only covers the basic shipping cost from the warehouse of Shishou Laicai E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (located at No. 18, Group 3, Changhe Village, Gaojimiao Town, Shishou City) to the designated delivery address in your country/region. It does not include customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT) levied by the destination customs, or customs clearance agency fees that may be charged by logistics service providers (such fees shall be borne by you in accordance with local customs policies; for details, please consult the local customs authorities).
  1. Shipping Time: The shipping time of Standard Shipping varies depending on the logistics infrastructure and customs clearance efficiency of the destination country/region. Under normal circumstances:
  • Neighboring regions in Asia (such as Hong Kong China, Macau China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore): From the date the package is shipped, the shipping time is approximately 3-7 working days (working days exclude weekends and local legal holidays; the same below). Among them, Hong Kong China and Macau China can be shortened to 2-5 working days due to convenient logistics routes
  • North America (United States, Canada): The shipping time is approximately 7-12 working days. For major cities in the continental United States (such as New York, Los Angeles), the time can be reduced to 5-10 working days, and remote states (such as Alaska, Hawaii) require an additional 2-3 working days
  • Europe (major EU countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy): The shipping time is approximately 8-15 working days. Package Tracking Service: After the package is shipped via Standard Shipping, we will send the logistics tracking number and official tracking link (the link redirects to the query page of the corresponding logistics service provider) to the email address you provided when placing the order within 24 working hours. You can enter the logistics tracking number through this link to check the real-time status of the package, including key nodes such as "Package Shipped", "In Transit", "Arrived at Transit Warehouse", "In Customs Clearance", "Out for Delivery", and "Delivered". Each node will simultaneously display time and location information. To reduce users' shopping costs, Mudancasp specially launches the Free Shipping policy, which applies to users whose order amount meets the specified standard. You can enjoy the same logistics service quality as Standard Shipping without paying any additional shipping fees. It is particularly suitable for users who purchase apparel in bulk (such as buying shorts, leggings, and a pajama set at the same time), further improving the shopping cost-effectiveness.
  1. Free Shipping Rules: When the total value of products in your order (calculated in $, only including the total unit price of tank tops, jackets, shorts, leggings, and pajamas, excluding customs duties, customs clearance fees, etc.) exceeds 89 $ , the system will automatically upgrade you to Free Shipping without manual application. The shipping fee will be directly displayed as 0 $ during checkout, and you only need to pay for the product cost. For example, if you purchase a wool jacket with a unit price of 59 $ and a casual short with a unit price of 35 $, the total order amount is 94 $, which meets the Free Shipping condition. You can enjoy the shipping service for free without paying the 7 $ Standard Shipping fee.
  1. Delivery Time and Service Quality: The logistics service providers for Free Shipping are the same as those for Standard Shipping, all of which are high-quality teams strictly selected by Mudancasp. Therefore, the shipping time of Free Shipping is basically the same as that of Standard Shipping (for specific details, please refer to the "Shipping Time" section of Standard Shipping), and it also enjoys package safety packaging and full-process tracking services. After the package is shipped, you will receive the same tracking email as Standard Shipping, allowing you to keep track of the package dynamics in real time. The shipping quality will not be reduced due to Free Shipping. If you purchase deformable products (such as pajamas with pleated designs, leggings), we will also use additional shockproof bubble wrap and hard express boxes for packaging to avoid damage caused by extrusion during transportation.
  1. Explanation of Order Amount Calculation: It should be noted that the "total value of products in the order" in the Free Shipping rules does not include the following fees:
  • Customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, and other taxes in the destination country/region (such taxes are levied by local customs and may be collected on behalf of logistics service providers, subject to local policies);
  • Amount changes caused by order cancellation or return: If the original order amount meets the Free Shipping condition and the amount is less than 89 $ after canceling some products, no additional shipping fee will be charged for orders that have been shipped; for orders that have not been shipped, the shipping fee will be recalculated, and you need to pay the 7 $ Standard Shipping fee before the order is shipped;

II. Order Fulfillment and Package Handling Process
To ensure that your order can enter the shipping process quickly, Mudancasp has established a standardized order processing mechanism. Each step from payment to shipment is strictly controlled in terms of time nodes to reduce unnecessary waiting:
  1. Order Processing Time: After you successfully make the payment (via PayPal or credit card; subject to the system displaying "Payment Completed"), the warehouse team will complete order verification, product picking, quality inspection, and packaging within 1-3 working days:
  • Verification Link: Confirm that the order information (delivery address, contact person, phone number) is complete and accurate, and verify the product inventory status (to ensure products are in stock and avoid overselling)
  • Quality Inspection Link: Inspect each product, such as checking whether the stitches of tank tops are neat, whether the zippers/buttons of jackets are intact, whether the fabric of pajamas has pilling or stains, and whether the elasticity of leggings is normal, to ensure that the shipped products have no quality problems
  • Packaging Link: Use brand-customized dust bags (to protect the apparel from wear) and thickened express boxes. Moisture-proof paper is placed inside the box (especially for cotton apparel) to avoid moisture or extrusion deformation during transportation.
  1. Shipment Notification Methods: After the package is handed over to the logistics service provider for shipment, we will synchronize the information to you through two methods:

  • Temporary Stock Shortage: Popular styles (such as new pajamas of the season, best-selling leggings) may have insufficient inventory due to a surge in orders and need to be transferred from other warehouses. The transfer cycle is usually 3-5 working days, and shipment will be arranged as soon as the transfer is completed
  • Logistics Policy Changes: Due to holidays (such as Christmas in Europe and the United States, Eid al-Fitr in Southeast Asia) and customs policy adjustments (such as simplified or stricter customs clearance processes) in the destination country/region, logistics service providers may be temporarily unable to accept shipments. Shipment will be arranged after the policies are restored
  • Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters (typhoons, heavy rains causing the warehouse to be unable to operate normally), epidemic prevention and control, or interruptions of international logistics routes, we will resume shipment within 24 hours after the force majeure is eliminated and give priority to processing delayed orders.

III. Package Tracking and Abnormal Issue Handling
To enable you to fully grasp the package dynamics and deal with logistics abnormalities in a timely manner, Mudancasp provides a complete tracking service and issue handling mechanism to ensure that your rights and interests are not affected:
    • Common Logistics Abnormalities and Solutions:
    • Stagnant Tracking Information: If the package tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 working days, it may be caused by delayed logistics transit, long customs clearance time, or delayed information synchronization. You can first wait for 2-3 working days to observe the status change. If there is still no update, you can call +86-15689686654 and provide the order number and logistics tracking number. The customer service staff will help you contact the logistics service provider to query the current location of the package and the reason for the delay, and feedback the result within 2 working days.     • Delivery Failure: Delivery failure is usually caused by an unclear delivery address (such as only filling in "XX Street" without the house number), the recipient not being at home, or unreachable contact information. The logistics service provider will try to re-deliver 1-2 times (the specific number of times is subject to local logistics policies), and may inform you of the self-pickup address or re-delivery time via SMS or email (if you have reserved contact information with the logistics party). You can also take the initiative to contact the local logistics delivery point (the contact information can be found on the tracking page) to coordinate the delivery time. If you need us to assist in communication, you can provide the order number, logistics tracking number, and delivery failure prompt, and contact us via phone or email.     • Package Lost or Damaged: If you have not received the package after the estimated delivery time and the tracking information shows "Package Lost", or find that the package is damaged or the internal apparel is damaged (such as torn jacket fabric, dyed pajamas) when signing for the package, please apply for handling through the following methods within 48 hours:

If the logistics party needs further verification, we will synchronize the progress in a timely manner to ensure that the problem is solved as soon as possible.
    IV. Shipping Precautions
    1. Standards for Filling in Delivery Address: To avoid package delivery failure or delivery delay, please be sure to fill in a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order:
